• Notes: Aubrey Lloyd Churchman, Jr., was called "Junior" in his younger years, and like his father, Aubrey, was called "Chuck" as an adult. He went by his middle name, Lloyd, during his working years.

  Aubrey attended grade school in Salina, Ionia, and Beloit, Kansas. He moved to Kansas City, Missouri, in 1944 with his parents. In 1948 he graduated from DeLa Salle Military Academy. Aubrey met Mary Jo Erbacher during high school and married her in 1951. He worked for the Rock Island Railroad as a clerk until entering the Navy in 1951. He served in Adak, Arkansas, and Sasebo, Japan, as a Teleman (TE2).

  Aubrey returned to Rock Island Railroad after the Navy, and attended school in the evenings. He graduated from University of Missouri Kansas City, Missouri, with a degree in accounting. He worked for an accounting firm for a few years, then joined the Internal Revenue Service in Kansas City, Missouri. Aubrey retired from the IRS in 1992. He and Mary Jo moved to the Lake of the Ozarks.
