Iris was conceived on Valentines Day during the 1937 Great Flood of Ohio River on the top floor of a building in downtown Louisville, KY. Bill was a very good musician that played in a
popular big band back in the 1940's. He died on July 3, 1978 of a Cerebral Embolus at his home in Louisville, KY.
Mary Louise later married Charles Moffet in 1945. Mary Louise and Charles Moffet had a daughter named Ethal Carol Moffet. Mary Louise and Charles divorced in the early 1950's.
After Mary Louise married Henry Gray, they moved to Indianapolis, Indiana. In the mid 1950's Mary Louise and Henry took over the care of their grand-daughter, Maria Elaina Bryant. They raised her as if she were their third daughter.
