• Notes: Isaac Nicolas's nickname was Ike. According to "Churchmans of Kentucky" by Charles R. Churchman, "Ike lived around 3rd Street Road and Bearcamp Road, and later moved to a farm on Southside Drive near Auburndale School, at the corner of Manslick Road and Southside. Ike worked for the city parks department, and was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church.
  
  Mary Sheilly Wemes died at her residence, 5402 New Cut Road, where she and Ike lived until he became too incapacitated from strokes for Mary to care for him. He lived with his daughter, Eva, for a while before Eva's own poor health forced him to enter Maple Hills Nursing Home, Fern Creek, KY, where he died."
