• Notes: Henry had a grocery store at Fourth and Central Streets in Louisville. He lived, and raised most of his family, at 4830 Peachtree Street, where he operated a dairy. His pasture ran out to Taylor Boulevard where Oakwood is now. He built the house next door at 4828, and was living there when he died. Henry's wife, Jem, graduated from Louisville Female High School in 1886 and from Louisville Normal School as a teacher in 1887. She probably never taught, as she married soon after graduating.
